We have an on-site tool room for mold-maintenance and mold modifications such as upgrades, refurbishments, and engineering changes. We use a cycle-count system to tell us when each mold needs maintenance—each mold is torn down, carefully inspected, cleaned, and moving components lubed and reassembled to be ready for production before it leaves our tool room. 

In addition to these services, MoldTech also offers new mold construction. We can take a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional part drawing and design and build a mold from the ground up. We offer prototype to production Class 101 molds. 

We also offer real-time progress reports of the mold construction. 

 We provide numerous levels of quality inspection per customer’s specifications. Moldtech Engineering works with its customers to develop robust quality inspection plans to be sure the most effective measuring techniques are being utilized. Moldtech Engineering uses SPC and produces custom reports such as First Article Inspection, DOE, Capability, Parato, and Gauge R&R reports.
